The biological water storage strips LITE-STRIPS Bio5 are 100 % biodegradable/compostable water storage fleeces to be mixed into the soil for indoor and outdoor use. This means that many water reservoirs are located directly near the roots and not, for example, at the bottom of the flower pot. Your plants can access the water more easily and effectively when needed. The 100% biodegradable/compostable LITE-STRIPS Bio5 cannot be overwatered, save water and make the soil more permeable.

Instalation

• TREES, BUSHES & SRUBS: Mix approx. 10 - 20 l per tree into the soil near the root ball. LITE-STRIPScan be combined very well with LITE-NET vegetation net.
• RAISED PLANTING BEDS & BOXES: Mix approx. 5-10 % of the volume into the soil. The 25 l bag lasts up to 500 l of soil. You need to water less often, plants get water even in dry periods or holidays.
• LAWNS, ATHLETIC FIELDS, SOCCER FIELDS, BEDS, VEGETABLE BEDS, SLOPES: Mix approx. 0.5 to 1 l LITE-STRIPS per m² into the soil root-deep, e.g. with a rake.
• ROOF GREENING: Mix approx. 1 l LITE-STRIPS per m² into the substrate, depending on the build-up thickness.
