LITE-STRIPS Bio1are simply mixed into the soil. This means that many water stroages are located directly near the roots. Your plants can access the water more easily and effectively when needed. The LITE-STRIPS Bio1 cannot be overwatered, save water and make the soil more permeable.

The "Natur im Garten" seal of quality is an orientation aid for environmentally conscious people who want to use ecologically safe garden products. The website of "Natur im Garten" (https://www.naturimgarten.at/) lists all currently approved products that are suitable for natural gardens. These provide a quick source of information for private individuals and the trade.
The garden products are checked according to strict criteria. The "Natur im Garten" seal of quality adheres 100% to the criteria of "Natur im Garten" or to the guidelines of the EU Organic Regulation and is thus an ecological quality assurance of garden products.
All garden products comply with the three core criteria of "Natur im Garten": no synthetic chemical pesticides, no synthetic chemical fertilisers and no peat.

Installation
TREES, BUSHES & SHRUBS
Mix approx. 10-20 l per tree into the soil near the root ball. LITE-STRIPS Bio1 can be combined very well with LITE-NET vegetation net.LITE-NET Anwachsnetzen.
RAISED PLANTING BEDS & PLANT DRAWERS
Mix approx. 5-10 % of the volume into the soil. You need to water less often, plants get water even in dry periods or holidays.
LAWNS, ATHLETIC FIELDS, SOCCER FIELDS, BEDS, VEGETABLE BEDS, SLOPES
Mix approx. 0.5 - 1 l LITE-STRIPS Bio1 per m² into the soil root-deep, e.g. using a rake.
ROOF GREENING
Mix approx. 1 l LITE-STRIPS Bio1 per m² into the substrate, depending on the build-up thickness.

Organic Water Storage for Plants - The cellulose strips close to the roots and are 100 % biodegradable water storage nonwovens in strip form for mixing into the soil. This means that the cellulose strips are located directly near the roots and not, for example, at the bottom of the flowerpot. Plants can thus access the water in the irrigation nonwoven much more easily and effectively, for the same reason LITE-STRIPS Bio1 cannot be overwatered.
1 kilo LITE-STRIPS Bio1 store up to 10 litres of water! After approx. 1 season to 2 years, the organic water storage for plants LITE-STRIPS Bio1 are completely biodegraded.The 7 cm long LITE-STRIPS Bio1 mainly serve as water storage. This is done by mixing the cellulose strips into the soil (between 2 and 20% volume depending on the application).
